These data relate to property transactions, rentals and associated migration within England and Wales between 2014 and 2021. Transaction data covers over 5M property listings from major England and Wales property portals while rental data covers over 4M listings. The series have been corroborated with land registry sales to produce a hindsight data view of:
- Listings for Sale; Transactions recorded; Move Dates evidenced
- Listings for Rent; Transactions recorded; Rental Dates
