CDRC RMEPC-into Index LAD (three years)

The CDRC data service has funding until early 2025. It has indicated its interest in applying for further funding under Phase 2 of ESRC Smart Data Research UK until at least 2029. Any Phase 2 extension will require a successful application in open competition. This means that, if not successful, the CDRC service will wind down and end on 31 January 2025. Accordingly, this will be the last possible end date for approved data applications, until further notice.

The data provides average and median changes in energy performance rating, potential energy performance rating, and total floor area for residential move-into each Local Authority District (LAD) at three-year intervals between 2009 and 2023.
